Group Session
Most people flinch when they hear the phrase “Group Training”. It might sound intimidating or scary but it is actually super fun! The adult fitness group training by Fitness by Danny Teo, is designed according to the group’s fitness level and aims at building functional strength and fitness while having fun with a group of like-minded people. Most of the time the workouts will be using their own bodyweight, so exercises like push-ups, lunges and harder exercises like pull ups and dips are form of exercises that they should focus on. The group training also focuses on running, standing, rasping, pushing often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment, so essentially bodyweight exercises and train with equipments and tools such as Kettle Bell, Suspension Training (TRX), Medicine & Slam ball, Battle ropes, Powerbags, Resistance band not only to gain strength and endurance but also increase your mobility and core strength. The group training doesn’t just correct your technique or motivate you but all the exercises and workout routine are designed by us so that you will get the most efficient workout each time you come in!
